We can provide individual 1-2-1 based coaching over the telephone, Skype or MSN. This can be delivered on an ad-hoc basis or through a programme. We are trained coaches and have many years experience in helping Project Managers work through challenges and find their way to successful outcomes.  We can coach you in the following areas:

• We can help you work through specific project issues. E.g. stakeholder management, relationships, deadlines, governance, communication etc.
   
• You are new to Project Management, recently promoted or assigned a large project. We will help you to remove risk of failure and understand the ingredients for success.
   
• You can use us to provide you with ongoing support if you are working in an environment where coaching from an experienced Project Manager is unavailable.
   
• Detailed, in context coaching on a subject area previously covered in one of our articles or podcasts.
   
• Career coaching/mentoring. We can help you get into a Project Management role or raise your level of seniority.
